Dr. Phanice Favour (Oduol Phanice Achieng’) is a consecrated Bishop, counselor, gospel artist, poet, author, and seasoned educationist based in Kilifi County, Kenya. She currently serves as the Senior Principal at Moi Girls Kadzonzo while pursuing a PhD in Counseling Psychology at Kenya Methodist University.
A multi-award-winning gospel minister with over 300 songs, 30 albums, and several published books—including 1001 Wisdom Hubs—Dr. Phanice inspires through music, preaching, and motivational speaking. She also hosts the inspirational TV programs The Conqueror Show and Blissful Woman on Fix TV.
Despite living with a physical disability, she embodies resilience, faith, and service, carrying a divine mandate to preach hope and transformation. She is married to Rev. John Mwangala Dollar and blessed with three children: Karen Mercy (Lawyer, internship level), Prince Isaac Dominion, and Royal David Osborn—all nurtured as future professionals and ministers of the gospel.
Her life’s mission is to live poured out for God—spiritually, academically, and socially—transforming lives across generations.
